Israeli court favores Israeli settlers over Jerusalemites

altJerusalem, August 18, (Pal Telegraph) The Israeli Court rejected A request filed by a family from East Jerusalem to order a precautionary evacuation of Israeli settlers out of their house which was occupied by Israeli settlers in Jerusalem, they lived in their house for more than forty years.

The head of the Jerusalem unity in the Palestinian Authority, lawyer Ahmed Ruwaidy, said that the Israeli court refused evacuate the Israeli settlers from the home of a Jerusalemite family, and had given a period of 30 days to appeal the decision before the District Court of Jerusalem, and obliged to pay court fees and expenses amounting to 7500 shekels.

 

Ruwaidi underlined in a statement that the Israeli judiciary has again proved to be a part of implementing the Israeli Scheme’s Program which is aimed at Judaizing Jerusalem and controlling the real estate and demolishing the homes of Jerusalemites and the expulsion of its inhabitants.
