Gaza, January 14, 2010 (Pal Telegraph) - Israeli occupation forces, backed by tanks and bulldozers, invaded east of Rafah city, southern Gaza Strip, on Wednesday.
Four tanks and three bulldozers penetrated for hundreds of meters to the outskirts of Sofa Crossing east of Rafah.
The Israeli forces also carried out the invasion under heavy fire towards the housings of Palestinians. Palestinian sources added that no injuries were recorded.
The Israeli tanks and bulldozers invaded Rafah city, while Israeli F16 warplanes were flying in low altitude over different cities in Gaza Strip which traumatized children and women.
Meanwhile, the Israeli tanks shelled the eastern agricultural lands in Jabalia, in north of Gaza Strip.
