Gaza, March 22, 2010 (Pal Telegraph) - Three Gazan fishermen were kidnapped Sunday afternoon by Egyptian security forces off the Gaza coast after entering the Egyptian territorial water, Palestinian sources reported.
Nizar Ayash, a Palestinian fishermen unionist, said to SAFA news agency that the Israeli siege and restrictions on Gaza which allow Gazan fishermen to fish in distance of 3 miles only, which was 20 miles, made them search for alternative coast.
He added that such accidents happened in the previous month, but the Egyptian security forces used to release them after hours of detention.
