Khan Younis, June 1, 2010 (Pal Telegraph) - Israeli occupation forces shelled today Al-Frahen area and opened heavy fire at the citizens’ houses in Absan and A-Qrara to the east of Khan Younis, in central Gaza Strip.
Israeli warplanes flew in low altitude over the area near the borders with the Palestinian occupied land of 48, SAFA news agency reported.
According to Israeli media, two Palestinians were killed in Khan Younis. A spokeswoman said that the two Palestinians clashed with Israeli troops along the border. 'At this stage, we have no injuries among our troops,' she said.
