Gaza, June 14, (Pal Telegraph) The Secretary General of the Arab States League Amr Moussa wrapped up his visit to Gaza yesterday, he left after staying 12 hours in the Gaza strip in which he met most of Gaza’s de facto government’s ministers and several representatives of the Palestinian factions.
Before leaving, he said that the Arab countries will meet on the first of October to determine their position toward the indirect negotiations, the seriousness of these negotiations and their consequences.
Speaking seconds before he left the Gaza Strip, he confirmed that: “if no real progress is made real the Arabs should reconsider all the roads that were followed in previous years.”
The secretary-general added, “There is no peace without Jerusalem and no Palestinian country without Jerusalem because Jerusalem is a vital element in all negotiation processes and that the Arab League holds funds for the support of Jerusalem and the steadfastness of the Jerusalemites.”
Regarding the file of national reconciliation, the Secretary-General said, "It must be done immediately and not to stop at a word here or there because the end of the Palestinian division is an Arab, Muslim and international demand”.
