Snow hits high-areas Thursday

Gaza, February 04, 2010 (Pal Telegraph) -Temperatures remain on average six degrees below normal as scattered showers turn to snow in regions with elevations above 1000 meters.

Brisk northwesterly winds are expected, creating driving rain and rough seas.

On Friday, skies will be partly cloudy as rain and cold temperatures persist during the day, with the low-pressure system abating by evening. Frost is expected overnight. Winds will be northwesterly to northeasterly and moderate. The sea will be slightly wavy.

On Saturday, skies will be partly cloudy and cold. Frost is expected overnight. Winds will be northeasterly and moderate. The sea will be calm.
