Nablus, December 16, 2009, (Pal Telegraph) - Settlers from settlement of Shiloh attacked Palestinian farmers while they were plowing their lands in Qaryaut village in Nablus city on Wednesday.
"Dozens of settlers attacked the farmers under the protection of Israeli soldiers, prevented them to plough their lands and beat them resulted in injuring Bashar AL-Qaryauti with various injuries" Eyewitnesses said
In addition, the village was subjected to series of attacks during the past three months by settlers. Dozens of citizens from Qaryaut village injured during clashes with settlers, especially during the last olive harvest.
It is worth mentioning that the village lost more than half of its agricultural lands for 4 settlements and 3 random settlements.
