Jerusalem, March 11, 2010 (Pal Telegraph) - Israeli occupation forces invaded Wednesday night into Al-Bustan neighborhood in Silwan, Al-Thawri and Bab Hata neighborhoods, near Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem city. The IOF stormed the neighborhood, beat two members of the Defense Committee of Al Bustan neighborhood and detained a number of boys, local sources said to SAFA news agency.
The committee member, Fakhri Abu Diab, said to SAFA that border guards and Arabist units of IOF raided the neighborhood, attacked the residents and fired tear gas and sound bombs toward them.
According to Abu Diab, Mosa Oda, 50, and Mohamed Abd -Oda, 48, were injured after being beaten by the Arabist unit, while other boys were detained from the center of Jerusalem.
