It was reported that occupation forces set up a number of checkpoints in many parts of Bethlehem, stopped dozens of vehicles, detained citizens and abused them.

IOF broke into the center of Al-Zaheriya town, firing live and rubber-coated bullets and sound bombs at the citizens, and raided the vicinity of Aisha School, with no injuries reported.

An Israeli force turned the town's municipality building into military barracks, and raided two houses, belonging to Shukri Abu Alan and Muhammad Al-Masri.

School students organized massive rallies in different areas of Bethlehem, where they threw Israeli soldiers and settlers with stones and empty bottles, to protest the construction of Hurva Synagogue near Al-Aqsa Mosque.
