Jerusalem, May 10, (Pal Telegraph) The Israeli Ministry of Transportation announced today the possibility of airspace closure to civilian aircrafts departuring from and landing onto the airports in Israel, after receiving information about the possibility of the arrival of volcanic ash emitted from the volcano in Iceland, northern Europe. According to "Yediot Ahronot" Israeli newspaper, the Israeli Ministry of Transportation in cooperation with the COICA could announce in a few hours of an emergency state, that after the Israeli Ministry of Transportation recieved estimates of the Meteorological Department, which expects the volcanic ash clouds to reach Israel’s airspace in the evening hours, which will threat the movement of all Israeli aircrafts and airspace.
